Someone found and ate all of Tom's potty candy. Now he is holding his water, hoping that I will purchase more candy later. Cannot be good for the kidneys.
Have made myself very sick on pita chips and hummus. Who does that?
I just noticed there is a new Yellow Wiggle called Sam. Greg is gone. I miss him. Did you know the Wiggles are filthy, stinking rich?
I keep listening to Big in Japan over and over. Is a good song. But is maybe weird behavior?
My normally short and ugly nails have grown inexplicably strong and attractive. Does this ever happen to you?
Today is the last day to VOTE for Beeswax! (Am still loser. Is sad.)

The Alchemist is on my list of books to read...
and I wish I had a book club around here!!
The Alchemist is one of my all time favorite books. I hope you like it.
Caden was a Wiggles addict back in the day (all of like three years ago)...apparently "Greg" got some illness that caused him to be really tired and weak...hence the intro of Sam. Luckily Austin isn't into the Wiggles...they drive me nuts!
Buy the poor kid some potty candy, and don't eat it this time! ;D
I *heart* hummus.
And if you are still behind go to the Apple Store and vote for yourself on each of their 30 computers! Bwahahaha!
Be not sad, oh brilliant one! We love you anyway -- and as far as I'm concerned, any poll that you can only vote once in when they specifically said you could stuff the ballot boxes is false advertising. I was all set to vote for you twenty times, and all they'll let me do is "Change My Vote" as many times as I want.
Whatever. The other blogs are really quite nice as well, but there's something about your pithy wit that keeps me coming back. Hey, I know what it is -- it's your pithy wit!
Some things:
1. I LOVED The Alchemist. Truly.
2. I have done that. (The chips & hummus, I mean.) I have also made myself sick on Heath bars. And cookie dough. Not exactly the best of habits.
3. Alphaville? Yes. Is weird behavior. Neither my husband nor is, both born and bred southerners, had ever heard of Alphaville until we went to BYU. Separately, three years apart, we both discovered "Forever Young" because the dj played it at a dance. Separately, three years apart, we both wondered, "Who in the heck is this band?" I believe North Carolina might still remain uninitiated into the joys of Alphaville. They just never caught on down here.
4. I've never read you before, and now I will forever, because you're funny. I voted. For you. Still a loser? Not my fault.
I am always looking for a good book - will let you know :)
I voted for you too so good luck!!
I was wondering about that new Wiggle. Luckily my kids aren't obsessed with them anymore, therefore I have not sought the opportunity to find out. . .
I've made myself sick on pita chips and hummus. I LOVE that stuff.
I was supposed to read the Alchemist two months ago for book club and only got 1/3 of the way through before trouble #3 lost it. Had to pay the library fine to replace the book. Shameful.
1. I voted for you
2. Don't know that book
3. Potty apple slices, anyone?
4. Have thankfully never seen the Wiggles, but do have empathy.
5. Hummus and pita chips are about the best thing on earth, next to hummus and whole wheat tortillas. Mmmmmm.
you won!!!! congrats!
I voted for you.
What kind of candy is (was) the potty candy?
My nails have NEVER miraculously improved.
I tend to be more of a chips and guacamole person myself, when it comes to making myself sick. I love hummus, but with hummus, I can stop. Try it with carrot sticks next time.
followed the mormommommy link and think that we might be gastronomical twins separated at birth. I am about 10 years older and a few pounds heavier but your list of your food trip to Utah and mine are identical. I am just glad I only visit there and not live there. lol loved the post. Check out my homage entry to fry sauce on my blog themomshell.blogspot.com Congrats on the spotlight.
I have made myself sick with pita and hummus, oh yes I have.
And I love Alphaville with all my heart. My favorite part of Napoleon Dynamite is the dance where they play "Forever Young."
Now I have "Big In Japan" stuck in my head...
